Build a website for luxury company, also web hosting work available

Hello,
I am looking for a person who has a lot of experience in building websites.
I am starting a luxury company and the website needs to be nothing less than perfect, so there will be involved work in this project.
I have already elements that I know how I would like them to be, some are exactly like on some other websites and if preferred, you can copy some elements from another websites and then modify them... a example of a element that is used is a slideshow on front page as on [login to view URL] , except I will use my own pictures, also the layout on front page is similar...
There will be 5-6 categories, such as products, about us, contact etc...
The files such as text and pictures will be provided in perfect format...
There are some details explained in attachements, but there is more to the website than those, so keep that in mind when placing a bid.
I need a very professional person for this project who has rapid communication and I would need this project completed in 7 days
The format could be HTML and CSS and the website should be very well and securely built, so that it will not crash in any situation.
Payment would be completed 30% in advance and the rest will be paid after the website would be completed and perfect
It would be good if also the same person who build the site would be interested in making updates for the site later, for example when new prodúcts will come out... naturally for every update there would be a payment for the update paid....
