Build a Wordpress website based on our existing site with PHP

We have a current website which is not Wordpress, it is built in html/PHP and relies heavily on pulling data from a database to create profile pages for each advertiser.
We now want this site replicating in Wordpress. The theme (template) would have to look like the new design of our site, and we would like the tables of data from the existing database to be included in the Wordpress database, so all is on the same database. I'm thinking perhaps the users who log in (advertisers) could be on the BuddyPress system? When the users pay for their profile, currently this is linked with PHP scripts to our payment gateway, Commercegate. This would have to be written into the new Wordpress site.
I must point out at this stage that the site is of an adult nature. Please don't bid if this is a problem.
It is important also that the site is responsive and looks great on iPhone and tablets. We would like a fast turn-round on this, so your commitment to our project is essential - we would like that you work uniquely on our site until completion
