I work for an Investment Property Firm selling small to medium sized developments off the plan within a 2-8km radius of the Sydney CBD.
I have employed a web developer who has designed a website for me, however has left the country and not provided me with the website. I have all the content, design and layout on both a WORD and PDF file....
I am lookng for someone to build the website using the information I can provide them.
- The website must be interactive so we as the owners of the site can easily and functionally add and subtract new developments as they are bought and sold,
- The website must have a news and events page so we can add the latest news and current events from our industry onto the site.
- The website has a 'ebook' function for us to collect contact details of those interested and enquiring about our services, i.e. "Registration"
I have attached the PDF file of the website we have up until this point. Unfortunately this all I can provide of the website as we do not currently have a platform, etc.
I am also looking for someone with experience in SEO as we are looking to ideally move our website to the first page when people search for investment property using search engines... Also some is social network marketing skills.
