214379 Michigan fishing community web

We had posted this project before, but the project grew before we even started. Here is the new project. It is explained in much more detail in the attached files. We're new to this process. I've tried to make some rough examples of what we want to help explain the site. Please see attached files for more info. Parts of the site will be cloned from a couple other sites and part will have to be created. If you post an hourly rate, please give an estimation of total project cost will be.

Basically we're tying to build an online community of michigan fishermen as well as providing lots of resources and information. We need a complete back end that will allow us to manage the site and add to it, make changes, manage database, add articles, ect.

We will own all rights to site, content, script, ect...

We require good english and great communication. We're patient people and understand that there will be several modifications to the site during development to get it to work properly. Need someone willing to work with us.
