modify a php/mysql script: 6-7 pages (SIMPLE job)

my site is everylist . com and I need to change the script.

the site is up and running, but the layout must be changed. It has no category, so we need to make a category.

1) select a category page: lets users select a category to post to. see image.

2) the index page needs to show all post from all list. see the image index-2. (when users select a category, it should only show posts from that category. when users reply to a post, it should bump the post back to the top of the category/index.

3) edit post page. see image edit-list. just lets users edit the list/post

4) show list page - just shows the post when users click on the list link (from the index). also a reply box at the bottom of each show list page. see image show-list

5) list page needs to show what category the list/post belongs to (the page is done already, you just need to add that column)

6) also, in the footer, need to show the count of total members, total post, and total list

This is not hard at all. again, the script is already done, you are just modifying its layout/functions.
