Need expert in Graphics and Coding to finish project.

The is a sweepstakes directory site combined with a phpbb forum with universal member login and controls as well as sweepstakes database features.

This is my SECOND time posting this project. The first freelancer that was awarded the project could not achieve alot of the things required in the project that he convinced me were easy for him. He was really bad with communication and keeping me a part of his progress. He stated that the project would only take a week and he has been struggling at it for the last 2 month. I tried to give him alot of slack but I just cant take it anymore.

If you are not the type that likes to communicate alot, get involved with the project to the point of learning what is trying to be achieved and make it the best that it can be, then please dont consider bidding on this project.

-I am looking for someone that has a vast amount of coding knowledge and knows how to make something look very apprealing and attractive at the same time.

-I am looking for someone who likes to communicate when contacted, provide experienced suggestions for the benefit of the project if needed, and doesnt mind a little bit of a challenge.

-I am looking for someone who would perfer a month to a month and a half project completion time so we can keep the bid low. This will allow you to work on other projects at the same time.

-I am looking for someone who could benefit from a year or more of advertising on the site once it is complete for a reduced bid on the project. This would include the following located in the footer of the website, and on the facebook page. Designed By: ((YOURNAME) Link to your portfolio). Very visible with my project design.

Project Details:

A "Rough Draft" of the site is up and running. SuperSweepstakesNet. Features will need to be added, graphics and layout will need to be improved and if your not happy with Drupal, which is what the first freelancer used when he created the project, then we might need to change that as well. I am going to leave the decision of the site format up to the developer as they would know far better than I what is best for this project and its features.

I have already created the layout and have detailed computer images for you to work off of, all you need to do is put it all together. I have attached some images so that you can see what going on.

I have also created a very extensive 7 page word document layout describing the different aspects of the whole site so that your not guessing 99% of the time as to what Im looking for. Things can be altered but the high quality visuals and main features need to exist.

The main tasks of the site.

- The rough draft of the site is up and running right now so you need to look over the attachments and see what its going to take to finish the site, if drupal will work, or if something else is going to be way more beneficial.

- The PHPBB forum needs to be uploaded to the server. No big task here, I can do this if need be.

- The Directory side and the phpbb forum side need to be universal in member control, assignment of admins, login, some features, etc. (See the attachment for a better explaination).

- A PHPBB style will need to be designed to match the already existing layout and theme.

- Some database features for controlling sweepstakes, backing up, etc will need to be coded. (Again, See attachments)

- Some facebook login / register features and like buttons will be on the site.

- Some visual aspects may need improvements.

During the project build, my yahoo messenger will always be open for instant contact and I also recieve any email as soon as they are sent so there will always be an open line of communication. Any bids that go over $500 will not be considered, Im not trying to be tight, I just dont have that kind of money. Im a 25 year old Air Force veteran that is going to school full time for a computer science degree so the money is not growing on trees. Hopefully the long completion time and advertising will help.
