A PHP embed code script.

Hey guys, I need a script, where you can go into the admin panel, Type the name of the video, and it will come up in a list, when you hit it the embed code you posted will display on the page, like so :
[login to view URL]
Now, It has to be all run from a admin panel, I dont want to be adding embed codes manually to HTML pages, I want it so for example, on this website you can put the name of two teams, when the person clicks the drop down they can select one of the links, and you put a embed, when they click the link the embed is on that page.
Design is not really necessary, just the script.
