I need a website for a writing community developed.

>Projects (Link to script which I will give you to install for me)
>I want the theme of this freelance script modified to fit the theme of the website.

So basically this will be a static HTML site. I will need the script installed in a directory in my server named: projects
I will need the theme files for the script to be modified to match the design you make for me.
