I need a developer and a webdesigner to do this work (so 2 people).
For the designer i want the logo design and the website design in .psd (or gimp) (all sections)
I will give preference for a designer that presents a preview of the homepage.
For the developer, i deliver the design in psd (or gimp) and i need the development of the website and content manager:
Site concept
I have a digital product (like an api/framework) and i want a website to present it to the developers. I need a 3seconds understanding when they arrive to the site, so it needs to have an image (followed by a video) in the homepage.
The first page has only the essential information (like, explain in a few words what is the product, success examples, latest news)
The site will have support areas like documentation, tutorial (videos and html), share your code area, api reference, etc. You can check an approach here: [url removed, login to view] I would like my website more clean than this.

. Ask question (its a link to post a question - please check stackoverflow to see how they do this)
. Share your Code (necessary login to post)
Forum and ask a question should post (and get) automatically in stackoverflow website through their api . The get should only be question relative to our keywords (pre-defined in content manager)
When someone ask a question will automatically subscribe to the answers of that question till a checkout subscriptions (this can be done in developer area)

- Knowledge (will appear every forum subscriptions - the developer can unsubscribe easily , Its rating (depending on the quantity of answers solved, and apps posted, every code shared by him and subscriptions to other code where the developer made a comment, or asked to see a comment)
- I need a developer ( Developer to develop over this technology)
- Search a Developer ( By App name / By Name / By rating / By hour price)
- The user that needs a developer, after finding him/her can send an email to him (or same email to maximum 5) through the interface. The email will be sended to user email account (but at first place, they don't have access to developers email)
For the first 5 emails it doesnt need to login, after that its necessary to login to avoid abuses
Each of this thing can be manager by a backoffice (that should be very simple too).
A download button of the current api release should be always present
