Website transfer - one server to another

Simple task

My client has lost his webmaster, so we do not have direct ftp to download his current website.

Copy the entire website and transfer to my hosting server.

The website was original done in PHP, but if we do not have access to the current server, all files will be converted to html.

Assure that all files and photos in each section have been downloaded and all links work properly.
