Wordpress Photography Website Cross-Browser Optimization

I have a Wordpress photography website that needs some attention and fine-tuning. This is a job for a website designer who has experience working on photography sites, particularly those built on Wordpress. Preference will be given to someone with cross-browser website optimization experience.
[login to view URL] major task to be fixed is the distortion of vertical images on some web browsers (mainly Safari) and on iPads. You will need to look at all of the images on the site and correct every image that appears distorted (vertical or landscape) when viewed on all web browers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc), and also on Macs, PCs, iPads and cell phones.
[login to view URL] image slider on the homepage needs to be fixed because the homepage image appears cut-off at times.
[login to view URL] WP theme being used is PhotopurePress. But there are problems with the homepage menu. Posts are not appearing in their listed order.
[login to view URL] photographs appear over-saturated on some computers but not on others. I need advice on how to correct this problem.
[login to view URL] typeface on the site needs fine-tuning. I want a very modern font used so that the site looks better designed and slick. Many of the headings are too large. I would like you to suggest a more attractive typeface for the site and also sizes.
6.I need a nicely designed SOLD OUT sign placed across the corners of the 3 linen bags featured in my online shop and the purchase of these items blocked or disabled. Point No.6 also needs to be applied to one other website as well.
I will provide the admin and login details to both sites to whoever wins this project so you can work on these fixes.
