PHP MySQL script for Cron job File

Hi,
I need a PHP MySQL script created for a Cron job. I need an email to be sent out every 7 days from the date a record was inserted. So I need the PHP MySQL script to check the date of the record that is on the DB, and then the current date, If the date difference has been 7, 14, 21, 28... days and so forth, then an email is sent out. I have uploaded a screenshot of the MySQL database, it is the DATE field that must be used to do the calculations. I have also uploaded a PHP file with the connections and email to be sent out.
All you have to do is create the script to check if it has been 7, 14, 21, 28, 35... days from the DATE the record was created, if it has, then an email is sent out, if not it does not do anything. On the query, one of the conditions is that the records be "WHERE status != '2'" so please do not change that. This should be a simple job for an experienced PHP MYSQL programmer, not more than 2-3 hours max, so please bid accordingly. Please state "Hakuna matata" in your bid so I know that you read this.
