A web based system to facilitate transferring of large files using http, and using MYSQL as the database.
The client chooses the file(s) desired, enters the recipient email, etc and then hits the process button.
The system creates a download page with the proper links to the files and sends an email to the intended recipient with those links.
A confirmation is sent to the job creator. When the intended recipient gets the email, they click on the contained link, go to the download page and click on the files to download them. Another email is sent to the creator confirming the download.
The system keeps track of size, jobs, etc for monthly billing to the client for use of the system. (not part of the project at this time-we'll export to excel)
Files are removed from system depending on active days setting on the job form.
We have a host ready with PHP5 and MYSQL.
