2 Additions to wordpress site - Paragraph tagging and linkedin integration

We have a wordpress and want to integrate 2 plugins. I do not believe they exist, but if they do, we are open to suggestions:
1) Wordpress Plugin - We want to have the ability to assign tags to specific paragraphs of text within a posting. Right now we can assign tags to the posting itself, but we want to be able to assign specific tags within a posting to have different tags for different paragraphs in the posting. The resulting goal is to have a drop down at the top of the page listing the available paragraph tags and once selected the user will only be able to see the relevant paragraphs associated with the selected tag for the browser session (it will stay in the browser section until he leaves.
2) Wordpress Plugin Integrating with Linked inn API - Currently within a posting we have names listed and we assign a link to the individuals Linkedin profile.
What we want to happen is when the website visitor mouses over the persons name name, a box appears showing the persons linked inn profile connections, how the person is connected to the visitor, send a message, view profile, see number of connections. This is the same box that shows up in linked inn when a user mouses over one of the connections. SO this is not a new thing, just a question if we can do this via the API.
Also, if the website visitor has not logged in to linkedin, then the box should say to please log in to linked inn to see if you are connected to this person and then we should provide a box to authenticate to linkedin..
Bidders with only at least 10 perfect feedback rating will be considered. If you do not have linkedinn API experience then please indicate in your bid and ONLY bid on item number 1 above only. Either way, user must have extensive Wordpress plugin experience. If you do not have Wordpress experience in your feedback profile, then it is unlikely I will consider your bid.
