Job Description
**PLEASE NOTE THAT I NEED THIS DONE ASAP..Preferebly today latest 2a.m. EST***
Must be willing to work on remote desktop with me so that i can see the progress and also advise on how i need it done. This is a collaborative gig. I will not leave to you and forget it as time is of the essense.
Before you apply please answer:
-Are you qualified to do what is need?
-Are you able to do desktop connection + Skype so i can work with you while this is being done?
-Do you understand completely what i need done? (i don't have time to train anyone)

This is what i need:
-I Have a site on WP using U Design theme.
-Need a form style (CSS, Jquery, Ajax, Javascript) To change the look of the Paypal Payment form which is linked with supplier api
-This is a payment form that work with an external API (Our vendor's)

1. Change the styling of Sidebar widget

3. Open the above page in lightbox from a link on the main website page [url removed, login to view] (Just 1 example code is needed). Must use the existing Lightbox Evolution plugin that's already installed on the site.

Change color effects:
Need to change color on mouseover the form field, on-click inside the field, reset
1. Sidebar widget form:
**Form Should be at least 400px wide. Same size as the "UNLOCK NOW BUTTON" (attached)
**Form fields should be 300px wide
**Use 2px border Orange (Same orange as the one in the site)
**Put a placeholder image on top of the email field 100px X 400px (Will be replaced by our graphic later)
**Height of form fields should be the same as on the [url removed, login to view]
**Form validation
**Plugin PHP Filename "[url removed, login to view]" inside WP plugins folder (Needs to be edited)
(Becareful while editing because this script call the api to our unlock server, some fields/names/attributes need to remain the same in order for the api to work. This applies to both the sidebar widget code and stand alone page code below. )
Email validation needed
IMEI validation: Must be15 digits only
DIsplay orange checkbox once user has enterred correct data / show red X when they have entered wrong data

2. php form inside main page + Lightbox Evolution
**Form Should be at least 600px wide
**Form fields should be 500px wide
-We need one example link of this: Open the form page inside lightbox once user clicks on a link on the main website. (Use the lightbox plugin "wp-lightbox" already installed on the WP site)
Lightbox Evolution plugin documentation and examples on how to use this [url removed, login to view]
-Same form validation stuff as in the sidebar widget
-Code is on the page [url removed, login to view] | from within WP admin>Pages>Unlock Now
-Kill the lightbox opon "Click button" (After validation is completed) ->User is taken to paypal->after payment user goes to thankyou page.
