Custom Payment API Integration (Interspire Shopping Cart)

Looking for someone familiar with Interspire Shopping Cart API and able to integrate a custom payment processor (documentation included) into it.

Attached is the custom payment processor API document as well.

You need to have solid php/mysql/xml skills to get this done, so unless you've done work like this (especially with payment processors and integrating payment APIs) don't even bother applying, as I don't have time to waste (need this done within a week of project start date!) and I'll only leave you bad feedback, if that.

Please provide SPECIFIC examples of similar work done or some proof that you know how to do this in order to win the project.

NOTE: The budget for this project is up to $150, as this shouldn't take too long if you know php/mysql and have previous knowledge/experience with payment APIs, so please, if you're going to bid more than that, don't bother - your bid will be ignored.

You will be provided access to the Interspire Shopping Cart installation with a few dozen existing payment processing plugins available as well, so you can use any one of those as a starting point (I leave it up to you to pick the one that fits the bill).
