PHP script to connect sites using XML

Home Away is a website that advertises holiday property rentals.

IRENTALSOFT is a holiday rental management system for agents. Each agent has a customized website and all websites are hosted under the same server and are connected to the same database.

An API is a set of rules or code to be developed that provides a translation of the information from the database of Irentalsoft that must be understood by Home Away. It will allow to easily upload new advertized properties and automatically update the adverts as changes may be done at each agent site (Ex: descriptions, features, rates, calendar...)

HA-XML is the standard format created by HomeAway for receiving listings from Property Managers and Property Management Software Companies

The estimated time involved to set up the API is 4 days (Please see attached documents).

A couple of other APIs have already been developed to synchronize the websites using IRENTALSOFT and the portals HolidayLettings ([login to view URL]) and Spain-Holiday ([login to view URL]).

I attach the code which is currently working for spain-holidays, which synchronizes calendars and rates, and for holidaylettings, which synchronizes as well images and texts. I attach also the documentation needed for the development of the script that will connect to HomeAway. I expect that this development should take no more than 4 days.

If I am satisfied with the development, it is expected to extend the synchronization to other portals and to develop future enhancements of the software IRENTALSOFT.
