Add AdWord code to a Joomla plugin.

I need add some code to our joomla website, we have a plugin with a form, what i need is add a conversion code from Google AdWords.

Here is a form example:

The button is below all the text and is called "Registration".

I have access to the PHP code of the plugin, maybe you can add the action to the button from there.
