Adult virtual pet script for membership-based website

I want a virtual pet script (something similar to for example Neopets), that will have an adult theme. It will be part of a membership-based adult website. I will only need the script, not graphics (I'll make those myself).

Information about requirements and needs:

** It will be available inside a password protected members area

** It will be located in a folder within the members area (for example: [url removed, login to view])

** I should have an admin panel where I can easily add new pets, shop items, battle enemies, new flash games etc. afterwards. I am not good with scripting/programming, so it should be as easy as possible for me to understand

** Users should register for an account with a desired username and password

** 1 player battle system

** Shops to buy different items (food, toys, etc)

** Ability for user to give their pet a desired name

** Flash games to earn money for their accounts based on score

** Ability to earn trophies for highest score in the flash games

** Stock system for the shops (when sold out for certain items, restock after x amount of hours. Items will restock in different quantity (some items will be more rare than others)

** Ability to add "friends"

** Quests that appear at random and give certain prizes when completed

** Training schools to raise a pet's skills in certain areas

** System where pets have an energy-status where if at low energy, won't be able to perform any tasks

** Pets having certain skills that needs to be raised (for example, raising intelligence by reading books)

** Being able to make pets do certain jobs

** A hospital where pets can get healed once a day to get their energy bar full

These are a rough list of what I need.

Please note that, as mentioned, this is an adult project. If bidding you must be comfortable with that.
