API for Youtube to Flapit Counter

[login to view URL] has went out of business or at least they aren't keeping up with support at all (well over 2 years of complaints from others). They make physical counters with a web interface. The web interface still works, however, the YouTube live subscriber feed is no longer working I assume because they need to reverify something on their end. See attached error message from Google when trying to sync within their website.
They do have a slot for API, so I am looking do the same and create a link between a channels live subscription count and the API feature on the website to the counter.
