Build long-scrolling website from provided PSD Templates

Build an 8-section long-scrolling website, with persistent shrinking/expanding navigation, and header slider.
See attached PSD's before bidding.
Development will be on my server only.
The header contains 4 left-right sliding images.
The next 7 sections are straightforward, all similar to the one provided in the 'inside pages' PSD
The nav will need to highlight the section you are in, when the dropdown is activated.
The site will be a 100% width site, flexible based on the browser width, but there is no responsiveness required.
Please provide examples of similar projects you have completed.
This project needs to begin right away.
