We are a facilities Management Company providing a range of different services to our clients.
Company Management Software specific for each of our business clients/services, flexible and easy to use.
We have tried some providers but none have been able to provide us with a suitable software management system that’s meets our precise needs.
Cloud based with system admin access to manage and create jobs etc.
Log and track each customer from first contact and ongoing throughout the contract:-
All company bespoke customisable records stored and recorded against each client
Ability to log into clients records and it holds a continuous record of visits/documents pertaining to that client to support employee and job history
Set Call back dates/reminders
Upload files to clients’ accounts
Compatible with PC/Tablet/Mobile
ios/android field App
Capability to contact customers through the existing information held via e-mail for marketing purposes
Unlimited Users
Each user has their own dedicated log in
All users can record information while out on field and send back to office
Against each Department/service - requires its own dedicated list of forms that no other service/department needs to see
All reports can be viewed in PDF saved and downloadable.
When creating jobs for clients, multiple forms can be attached to support the employee in their work
Ability for client to access their own dedicated portal and view reports, jobs coming up etc.
