Converting static HTML pages to Wordpress

We have an entire site done up in static HTML. There are about 50 pages in total. We require for the development of a Wordpress Theme based on the theme of the HTML pages. We also require for the add-on of a few other plugins, but I believe that will be straight forward once the basic pages are up.
We have a designer on standby to approve/reject certain changes if necessary, to make the coding easier.
The complete conversion needs to be completed by this Wednesday 12noon (IST).
