TASK 1
Make a file in php so that when a particular table is added/updated with a new record, it sends an email to a particular address. It should do all this automatically.
TASK 2
There is an input field which adds up email id. While typing and on focus out, it should check if that email id already exist in database, if yes, it should give validation alert and stop form submit
