Create Admin Interface for DIY

I have an option on my website at [login to view URL] called DIY (see main menu) where customers can design their own wedding invitations online and it will send me their design to be printed.
I need an admin interface developed where I can log in and see all of the designs that are currently being done, any registration information that has been entered and any other activity.
There are times when a customer needs help or the system isn't functioning properly and I need to be able to see their information so that I can help them.
