Create API's for my PHP project and complete rest of the project

I have got a simple CMS app which nearly completed and needs to be completed in full aspects and need to create rest of WebApi's which will return JSON output to be exposed to be consumed by my mobile app.

I am looking for a sharp PHP/MySQL/API developer who has done previously such work and able to complete this work in couple of days.

I will provide the code and db which you need to work on.

Things needs to be completed are: ( I will provide you the existing code)

1. Improve the UI functionality and fix the broken code where needed.

2. Create end points to return JSON result to be consumed by my mobile app as mentioned in attached doc.

3. Fix any other part of the code, which is not functional

Ask me any questions before you bid and I will not explain the requirements in chat.

You have to ask me questions based on what I have asked to do and I will only respond to questions you ask based on posted requirements.

I will interview you and ask questions about my requirement before talking to you about anything so don't blind bid as I will not increase a single penny from what I have stated.
