Create a book sales reporting dashboard in Wordpress

We are an author services company and we want to create a web service for authors where they provide their login details for their accounts with book publishers such as Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, iTunes Connect, Nook Press, Google Play and Kobo and we then access their accounts and fetch and display daily and monthly sales data and financial summaries in dashboard form from their accounts.
Most of the services provide an option to download CSV files of the relevant data, so while they may not provide APIs it may be possible to automatically log in and download the data and then parse it into the reports/dashboards.
We are not sure if the above service provide APIs, however more information might be found here:

Ideally the dashboards would be visually stunning and data would be able to be filtered and reports would be able to be downloaded. Looks wise they might look something along the lines of:

However these are just examples and we are open to using any other dashboard scripts or frameworks.
Ideally we would be able to integrate these dashboards into our Wordpress site's client area. The data would not be visible to anyone else.

However this requires the cvs files to be submitted manually.

This is a new direction for us and we are looking for someone who would be open to working long term on this project and keep it maintained. We are not sure how much this should cost and are open to quotes/bids both below and above our stated budget.
