Create templatised and formatted registration email for Wix website using Sendgrid

We currently have a Wix website where users can fill in their name and email to express interest in our products. They then receive an automated email from Sendgrid thanking them for their interest.
This email is currently plain text. We need it to be formatted with our logo, make it look good, and parametrized with the user's name in the email subject and body.
It just takes some simple javascript code but we want to get it done quickly and robustly. It's probably a 10-15 minute job for someone who knows what they're doing and have done this in the past.
