I send PDF certificates to users that contain a QR code. (My workflow is using zapier, we fill a WPform with users data, and then create a PDF through PDFmonkey using zapier)

I would like that this QR code redirect to a specific encrypted URL that show the name and personal data of the people that received the document. That way who scan can validate that this certificate is real.

Im open to use any external tool or use my own server to create this dynamic hashed URL.
