Education mobile and web development

This is a project of an education app, assisting students in their CAT exam preparation. The project was initiated with a vendor in September last year, but was discontinued because of some reasons. Project is about 50% complete and I am looking for efficient team of developers and designers efficient with working on phonegap and PHP.

The items completed by previous vendor.

1. Design Mock files (.PNG) format

2. Design Source files (.PSD) format

3. Database Dump (.sql) format

4. API and back-end code created in PHP using YII framework

5. Mobile App code created in phonegap hybrid framework (the same code can be deployed as web app)

6. Import instructions for the Mobile App project

What's completed?

1. Mobile App is completed with all integration elements except for Adaptive and AirCAT (Refer to project requirement and .apk files for better understanding) sections where data lies in your server. The UI elements have been developed for the App.

2. API is done for all sections except for the Adaptive and AirCAT sections as listed above

3. Back-End code is functional only for Push Notifications. The other pieces of back-end were half-cooked as were in the course of completing integration.
