JavaScript Fix for Popup Balloon on Google Maps

Part One (1): DESC: When user clicks on an image where one of the properties is, they get a balloon window as in image 1. The problem is that when the user clicks on contact link, nothing happens unless that same balloon is closed and a new one is opened. Only then will the link load the form into place.
SOLUTION: Fix so form appears first run then clicked. ^ ^
Part Two(2): DESC: When the user clicks on the icon of the location of the property, the balloon appearing in it's location.
SOLUTION: When the user clicks on the icon of the location move to be centered in view or hide top portion of balloon when form is displayed.
