Magento 1.9 Fixation - Address

This Project is about disabling and removing billing address from my website.
This task was done before partially, but it needs to bed re-evaluated and fixed.
Task will include the following:
1. check if when any fields filled by a user goes to billing address fields on database or not, then to be traced and directed only to shipping address. Inputs might be from sign up page, or checkout page, or new address page.
2. Remove billing address blocks from order page and addresses page and invoices.
3. To Check if after removing billing address any thing needs to be fixed, and fix it.
