Mandala Design Web App Creator

I need a mandala design/pattern creator web app to be hosted on my personal hosting service. I already have a domain name for this too. This is what I want, a web app that can convert any plain coloring page into a mandala coloring page plus the option to choose any kind of mandala pattern before eventually generating the mandala coloring page.

The steps will be like this

Step 1 - Upload Plain Coloring Page

Step 2 - Choose Your Mandala Design/Pattern

Step 3 - Generate New Mandala Coloring Page With The Chosen Design/Pattern

It will also have reset, download and print button.

I have uploaded an image of what the final mandala coloring page will look like.

My budget for this project is a fixed amount of $100 minus hosting and domain as these are available already.
