A minor customization to wordpress theme for full stack developer

For this task, you are required to check if some members on our site has enough tokens before they can publish on our site and to restrict their access from posting if they do not have the tokens.
We have 3 active membership type.
Starter
Basic
Premium.
This restriction will only affect the starter members.
Option A:
I don’t want the starter to be able to publish content unless they have the required amount of reader’s token. So, there will be a checkbox before they can send their content in for approval. They will be able to check the box if they have the required amount of readers token. Once they checked the box, the total number of readers token will be deducted from their readers token balance when the content is sent for approval.
They will not be able to check the box if they do not have the amount of readers token, so they will not be able to send content for approval.
Option B:
We could display the box so that they will not be able to get to the write screen unless they have given the readers token.
The other membership type: Basic and Premium will not see this restriction.
NOTE: If they edit their content after approval. They will not require readers token to send it for approval again.

Anyone who want to submit content for approval must check if the content is complete or incomplete and you should let admin know what their selection was.

Front end: This is how it will look at the front end.
Backend: This is the current backend of the site. You can see, it shows how users earn that readers token. from the backend, you can see that the readers token is a reward people earn once they have achieved some milestone.
Important: You have to create a work folder directly on our site to do this job. You do not work directly on our live site without prior permission. We will immediately cancel any relationship with you if you work directly on our live site without permission.
