need help for signup page on namecheap hosting

hi.

need work through teamviewer.

total 3 task

1 : when i login it show TBD everywhere , e.g. : [login to view URL]

2 : pls check [login to view URL]

we are facing error 500 internal server error. i have sent email to support and they reply me :

We've tried to investigate the issue you're having with the registration on

[login to view URL] , but to our regret, we haven't found any

server-side reasons for this.

We saw that there is a 500 error during the POST request to

[login to view URL] , however there is nothing in the logs

that could be shedding any light on the matter.

You may try to use GET method instead of POST method. We can't really say if that

will help (and it's obviously better to use POST on a usual basis), but you can try

it as a troubleshooting measure.

Also, we'd recommend rechecking the code that is in

/home/premihes/public_html/application/views/frontend/[login to view URL] file, since it

seems like its code is responsible for the redirect. We'd suggest to recheck the

code found in the attachments to this email specifically.

this will make one sub-domain if success.
