new template over modx listing site

to bring over this modx site from devdevel

The amount of pages is equal the pages on the template site.

The Site is to be about language courses.

Not like the lingualize (devdevel) Site, it should be based on [login to view URL] - not Yandex.maps.

All needed Plugins are bought.
