I have a wordpress site that I would like some PHP work done on it.

Ie one chooses the base currency (EUR/USD/AUD etc) etc and it shows a list of exchange rates below it. As you enter in the value (e.g. 1000 euro) the values below it automatically update.
You need to cache exchange rates for a certain amount of time, e.g. 15 minutes or 1 hour. This should be settable. You can get the exchange rates here:

Your logic should work out cross rates - that is if you know EURUSD, and USDHUN, you can calculate EURHUN without needing to go back to the google api above.
Delivered piece must be fully working, have caching of exchange rates, and be visually similar to the rates control here: [url removed, login to view]
That includes creating alternating row colours, flags, fx updated times, backward and forwards value columns.
As I will integrate this into my wordpress website, it must be integrateable within a standard wordpress installation. (no you don't need to do wordpress work, you just need to make sure I can integrate what you've done)
Please note I need a way of finding out the primary currency (in the example above, it's EUR) if you can scan the url and take the last 3 letters as the currency pair - that's ideal.

In the middle field, I'd like to specify the order of the currencies. That way I'll put the most used rates at the top.
Also, the names of the currencies (british pound etc) I'm making this multilinguial later so prefer if I can specify which file you're reading that text from.
Reminder this has to be pretty straightforward for me to add into my wordpress installation - and it has to of course work! I don't want to have to hack things in to get it to work.
