My project will involve designing a Software as a Service (SaaS) application that meets my exact specifications. My requirements are already laid out in detail, making this a straightforward project. I'm looking for a freelancer who is experienced with SaaS development and can deliver the project on a tight timeline, completing it within a month. The SaaS application must have the capabilities to fulfill my specific needs, making sure that it works well and functions as expected when deployed. The ideal freelancer for this project should have excellent technical and communication skills to ensure the final product meets all of my requirements.
I want to create software to help restaurant management teams keep better track of their finances and stock
Each client needs to log in. Once the are in their account they will see a simple dashboard and a menu with 5 options (raw materials, payrolls, maintenance, orders, and statistics)
if you click on raw materials there will be the name of each supplier. when you click on one of these suppliers you will see the different products you buy from this supplier and the price. So the manager just needs to put the quantity they need and then click ¨order¨. then there will be 2 options: download it or send it through email. if you click to download the software create a pdf and if you select to send it through email then the software will ask for the email of the provider and will send it automatically
payrolls and mantainance. will be spreadsheets of how much they spend weekly, monthly and annualy on these matters.
on orders you can see all the orders done to each providers, weekle, monthly and annualy
finally on statistics: you can observe what is the percentage you spend on war materials, payrolls and mantainance in relationship with the reveneu and therefore checking what percentage of profit the business have made
