Share-online command line upload script

I need an upload script that uploads via api to share-online.
[login to view URL]
The script must be able to run under windows and be accessible via shell/cmd.
Each time the script is called, the files are lined up in a queue and processed one after the other.
If an upload fails, it will be repeated until it works.
Only the links are returned. Which is stored in a text file.
Similar to the tool: SOUP_CLI - [login to view URL] UPloader for Command Line Interface v0.33

command line example: "C:\[login to view URL]" -u=LOGIN -p=PASSWORd -t=UploadThreads F:\[login to view URL] >> "C:\[login to view URL]"
