Stripe Checkout on Windows VPS

I am looking for a programmer who can implement Stripe Checkout on a Windows VPS for my e-commerce project.
- The checkout needs to handle mixed items/prices for shopping cart style purchases. Usually only one or two items, but prices will vary and need to be set dynamically.
- The front end uses classic asp to create a list of items and current prices. If these can be sent to the checkout via a form, I've got that end of things covered.
- I'll also provide Success and Cancel pages to handle completed and cancelled payments respectively.
The server is a windows VPS running Plesk. PHP Composer is installed, as is the stripe/stripe-php package,
I tried doing this myself using the Stripe provided html/php code samples below but it's beyond me...

So I'm open to other language/client combos if you think they'll be a better option on this server/set up.
I'm hoping this is a fairly quick install of the supplied Stripe Checkout code package, so ideally we'll be ready to go in a week or so?
