We want to use SuiteCRM in the future and want to hire someone who can customize the system according to our needs/existing CRM. Data transfer from mysql needs to be done too.

I can provide an short overview by pdf/screenshots of our system which is German.

The SuiteCRM is already installed on our own vserver and needs to be built on that.

Little description of our processes:
1) client module
- data fields
- clients can apply for university programs (application), several application processes per client possible
- applications need to be managed through stages
- several saved filters for quick status (see underneath) need to be displayed
- client history
- email correspondence in client history (emails of staff need to be integrated and client history of clients should save written emails)

2) universities
- data fields
- filters for applications per time span with certain status
- document management (up to 100 docs are stored for a university)

3) statistics
- several data displays (how many clients ... with certain status)

4) Website integration
- contact form + download form need to send data to CRM as unqualified leads

5) data migration
- the data from our current CRM needs to be imported
