I am writing to propose a programming task for the development of a Tenant Delinquency Database for the Portuguese market, which will be based on Landlord feedback. The primary objective is to create a user-friendly platform that resembles "Do Not Rent To" ( [login to view URL]) but with a more modern and improved design.
Project Overview:
Our goal is to develop a web-based platform that allows landlords to report and access information about tenant delinquency and related details. The platform will consist of two main components:
1. Landlord Reporting:
• A questionnaire where landlords can provide the following details:
○ Tenant's biographic data
○ The amount owed by the tenant
○ Any damages caused by the tenant
○ A space for landlords to provide a text review or description of the tenant's behavior
• Secure user authentication and data validation to ensure the accuracy of the information submitted.
• An intuitive and user-friendly interface for landlords to submit tenant reports easily.
2. User Space for Tenant Search:
• A user space where paying customers can access the database and search for tenants using various search criteria.
• Advanced search functionality that allows users to filter tenant reviews based on parameters like location, rental history, and severity of delinquency.
• User subscription management and payment processing to grant access to paying customers.
• Robust database search capabilities with quick response times.
Design Requirements:
The platform's design should be modern, intuitive, and user-friendly. We aim to provide a seamless user experience for both landlords reporting tenants and customers searching for tenant reviews.
