Woocommerce Lottery Issue

Hi there looking for an expert to have a look at an issue with woocommerce, purchases are made, and the order goes straight to hold due to:
1. Error during status transition. Duplicate ticket number in order
2. Order is on-hold because of duplicate ticket number. Order status changed from Completed to On hold.
It then eventually cancels the order. Looking for someone experienced who can have a quick look at this for me and tell me if this is a woocommerce issue, a woocommerce lottery issue, or a payment gateway issue. And if an issue in the site, fix it.
Looking for someone quick and reliable, no silly prices please.
