WordPress Developer for On-Going Work

I run a series of WordPress websites and require an advanced WordPress Administrator/Developer to post content from a word document to a WordPress post on a weekly basis.
Each post require certain plugins to be configured, including creating a table on TablePress, a comparison scrolling list via another plugin, and modifying some JSON/LD tags for a header script.
Each page takes approximately 45 minutes to complete for an experience user (like myself)
My last developer is no longer reliable so I am seeking someone with the following qualities:
- basic understanding of markup and syntax across a variety of script formats, including php, javascript, css, xml, html
- advanced understanding of wordpress, including shortcodes, plugins
- basic photo editing skills to resize, crop images, photoshop preferred
- exceptional attention to detail; each post has a checklist of approximately 20-25 tasks which each need to be completed.
- solid english communication skills
This will be a project billed hourly and tracked via the freelancer time tracker. Please note that I myself am a developer each post takes me about 30 minutes, my last developer took about 45 minutes, so I expect the time to be in that range for you too, after sufficient training.
Must be available by account for access to shared files/spreadsheets
Located in North America is preferred but not required.
