We have a real estate web page made in WordPress with wp-types Toolset and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). You will need to know how to use their API.
We can add contacts to a custom post type that stores the "people interested in some kind of property type": Particular persons.
There is another post type that stores the contacts of other real estate agents: Businesses.
We just need a page in the WordPress backend that allows us to send emails to the contacts list in a non spammy way.
That page could have two tabs (made with jqueryUI for example): one for the particular persons and another for the agents.
In personal tab we should be able to write a custom optional message and click a button to send them an email with the latest 20 properties that match their preselected preferences (preselected at the time of adding the contact: like if they like a bungalow or a villa or in a price range, etc...). The template could be another custom post type created with Toolset (we can prepare that for you) which has some "variables" inside, to replace with the name of the recipient and the body of the message, so we can change it easily at any time.
The other tab is for sending a little list of properties to other agents (when they ask for a type of property), so we should be able to select the properties individually from a list, to add to the email to be sent. It will be the thumbnail image, the title with a link to the page of that property. The recipient will mostly be only one agent.
The page is in 5 languages, so we need to be able to send the message using the template in the correct language.
The languages are managed by WPML.
