Wordpress website - Company profile

I need a Wordpress website (4 template page) responsive website (Bootstrap). I will prefer the website to be completed within this week. PSD files will be provided along with PDF file of how the responsive design should look like.

4 template pages are:

1. Home page

2. Generic Information page (in which I will use WYSIWYG editor to create multiple pages myself)

3. Blog page

4. Contact page

The code should be W3C compliant, things should be changeable from the WP-Admin (not hardcoded) and should rank more than 65% on Google Pagespeed Test.
