Xenforo experienced coder needed for 2 customisations

Please bid ONLY if you have experience with Xenforo, as it will be a straightforward task for someone who has already worked in the system, and extra learning is needed for a coder who does not know the Xenforo coding structure. (As though Xenforo is MVC-based, it has its own styles). Please provide your xenforo task list.
Please mind that you will have to show something to prove that you have xenforo experience (not to waste your time and my time as well).
I am seeking someone with experience with Xenforo to quickly customise some parts of the Xenforo forum to change the design and structure. ([login to view URL])
Basically, the only TWO simple tasks will be:
1 Changing the design of the post display,
creating hierarchical replies.
Pagination for replies Facebook-style commenting or lazy load display.
2. Designing a landing page (with comments, stats and lazy loading)
Mostly front-end changes.
For someone who knows Xenforo, it should be an easy task.
The created or changed design should be compatible with minor Xenforo updates without breaking anything (unless it is a major upgrade). You don’t have to create any extra modules. Must make the design work without any errors. No design changes are required in the administrator section.
Should write clean/expert-level design code and create a professional look.
Please only apply if you already have some experience customising Xenforo.
This is just a start, and there will be further projects.
Please also consider the budget mentioned before bidding.

It must be done within the deadline—preference to those who can complete it as soon as possible. Include how many you need, and we need the task done by the period.
