- If the dates and gross values differ in the two CSV files, make no alterations and continue with the comparison (as per instruction provided).
2. Non-matching Rows: In case a row is only found in one of the CSV files, no specific action needs to be taken - you may ignore it for the time being, as this question was skipped.
3. Output Requirements: The format for the output of the comparison result was not defined in this particular project's specification, suggesting flexibility. Please make sure that the result can be easily understood and processed.
