PSD to HTML/CSS and CMS web site

Award winning designer and programmer wanted.
We need a CMS web site based on thee PSD design template we had created. The web site should:
+Designer/developer should use one of three design template (or can be a variation of the three design template we provide) and convert them into HTML/CSS + CMS web site.
+The web site will be ~13-15 page
+Each page needs to have custom layout and a CMS powering the back end so we can make changes later.
+The CMS should have a nice UI so end users who are not familiar with CMS can easily make changes as needed. Can be Joomla or other CMS.
+We will need two module: (1) slide show module for a photo slide show and (2) Calendar of events module with the ability to add in events easily.
+Light flash experience
We are looking for the following skills:
+Proven ability to convert PSD to a web site
+PSD to CSS/CMS experience
+CSS, Java script, HTLM and CMS experience
+Photoshop experience
+Good graphics layout experience. The developer will need to create custom layout based on the three templates we provide.
