Finish basic Sketchup design + rendering apartment (Floor plan/walls already finished)

I am looking for a skilled designer to help me finish my basic Sketchup design and render my apartment. The floor plan and walls have already been completed, so the focus will be on creating a photorealistic rendering with lighting effects. Renderings of each room, and outside in the wood terrace looking into the front of apartment. I will prefer proposals with a combination of good price and mid-level rendering quality. This is a test I will show to a friend to see if he likes this, and he would be ordering a lot more renderings since he works renovating apartments for rent.
PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE THAT CAN FINISH THE WORK TODAY. PLEASE PROVIDE PRICE OFFER.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Sketchup and rendering software
- Experience in creating photorealistic renderings with lighting effects
The ideal candidate will be able to bring the apartment design to life, paying attention to detail and creating a realistic and immersive experience. While I do not have specific furniture or decor preferences, I am open to the designer's choices. However, I would also like a mix of both specific views and angles that I have in mind, as well as the designer's creative input.
I have included some photos with certain details I would like to include, and for the rest you can use your creativity but keep it stylish, simple, nordic design. Pls see photo of apartment interior design I'm thinking about.
